the weekends...

hecticness slowly fading, replaced by fun! :)

yesterday evening went for the routine basketball game at the club every friday

and some badminton (again)

goshh, my wrist aches!

i'm going to grow taller i know that xD

but one unfortunate incident happened while i was playing basketball

i was competing for the ball with somebody (can't remember who) when the ball with its oh-so-fast velocity and acceleration come speeding straight at my middle finger! i couldn't pull back in time so the next thing i know, i heard a 'crack' and my middle finger lost its sense of feeling

OMFG, i thought

this is the 4th time such a thing has happened

previously, the 1st and 2nd time was during basketball and 3rd time during netball

i think i sprained my muscles or something

anyways, my finger went all numb and rigid..

i was like damn, somemore right hand finger tim...aiks..

then i tried to pump some life back into my "dead" finger

after awhile it became not so stiff, so i was able to play on

but this morning i found out that my finger was swollen

so much for a speedy recovery ==

thank god still able to write

after basketball went yum cha + dinner in oldtown

seriously la, guys this is the 3rd consecutive week i've been eating in oldtown on friday nights!

change of venue pleasssee

i was pleading with them (karlin, kah yerng and the bunch of their bfs)

but they wouldn't budge

so i was outvoted

and when i asked why they didn't want to go to station 1

kar lin said , the place there is too dim

i was like, duh, but the atmosphere's good for us teens

i swear, sometimes i wonder whether they (KY KL) are teens or not

they love oldies and slow classical numbers...

and ...they prefer to go to oldtown...which i must admit is more of a family atmosphere..for those "lou yehs" and those "si lais" to yum cha...

ok la..no offence to them...everybody has their own taste right??

plans for today:

later at 430 gonna go to rose's house for the proposed dance we gonna do on teachers day

tomorrow: mid valley to do my new specs and gaigai (yay)
