It was a day of Awards, tears, report cards , and more tears..

Sleepy and feebly, I make my way to school and reached at around 8.45. We were, in fact, instructed to do that by CIK UMI who reminded us not to shirk out prefect responsiblities. I was totally going to skip this thing, until my conscience wont let me. ahh. wudever. its just one extra day rising up early. Plus, there's the Parents Day.somehow, i still have to drag myself out of bed rite?

So we prefects were doing the ushering job, and all these guests keep flowing in which includes ex surians (and some very excited ones whom ran to a prefect and practically hugged her!) which have seem to undergone some transformation or something. its like we were standing there or something then somebody exclaims, is that who i think it is? my, she's so pretty now! maybe after spm, there's no stress(for the moment, until college starts) so those ex surians look extra glowing and beautiful and handsome and wudever.

We were all staring in envy and then 9 o clock we headed into the hall for the start of the Excellence Award Ceremony. Then we kinda saw our batch's pictures (for PMR 2006) on the big screen and we were like, omgosh that's my picture! Kar Lin and Kah Yerng were totally freaking out big time and i don't know why. =.=

The ceremony started with speeches *yawn* and then a performance, and a marvellous one too, by our school's dance troupe. They specialise in traditional dances, and i have to admit, i was taken in by their oriental beauty...those umbrellas did the trick i suppose. They were all graceful, like swans or something. i'm sure i cant be all that graceful. if i were to dance, it might be some urban rebel dance. xP

After that was the UPSR awards, 500 bucks for 5A's! holy cow, we only got a miserable 100! if only we were younger..next, a little cutey girl took to the stage and performed donno some unknown song and her voice was way high pitch! eee..the speakers blared with her high pitch voice.i had to cover my ears once in a while..

next PMR~ we cheered particularly for the prefects only~hahas, that was unfair of us..and then another singing performance, oh no not again, but this time its the little cutey girl's elder sis singing colours of the wind. not bad, but not as good as the brown hair form 2 girl (wen see or something?) who sang flawlessly.

then..what else? oh yeah we did cheer for the teachers too..we were giving them cat calls and whistles..hahahas..a way to acknowledge them..lols..then the spm awards...i spotted only 3 people wearing school uniform! ><

then it was the eca excellence award for sport bona fides and then the much awaited, highly-suspense SURIAN MERIT AWARD OF THE YEAR. deng deng deng deng~ guess who? *look up* tears flowed freely after receiving the award..of cos from her only la..not me..=P

after this was photo sessions,which had me cursing my phone's small memory space...to no avail..and my phone's 1.3 megapixel camera..to no avail too...

next we had refreshments, they were serving banana cake, kar lin's fav!

after that was parents day. damn. my mum called to inform me that she can only reach by 1 pm..and guess what? she reached at 1.20 pm. ok cant blame her blame the traffic. i was having an impatient fit or something..i hate waiting for ppl as usual~

finally, she parked her car and we went to see Puan Halidah..and then she said nothing much to comment about..everything ok...then the dreaded part..except my writing..ahhh..she say its too small, and my ink kinda smears and i write very messily. i admit..but its hard to change my writing. and she said something like i'm: cepat cakap, cepat fikir, cepat buat. and something like proactive...me? proactive? no way..haha..

and yeah the more tears part? its because i saw a little girl crying. dont know why ~other than that i didn't see any more tears!

tues: was it kishan's birthday? i think it was. sorry blame it on me again. blame it on my STM. we bought a secret recipe cake for him. chocolate banana to be precise. i love that flava~ yummie! well, u've to admit banana and choc makes a good combination. kishan was kinda stunned, i guess, judging by his expression. this is our last year of high school so our class kind of made a pledge to celebrate everyone's birthday. but, next time, no more chocolate pleaaaasssee~

wed: what happened? basically ntg~lalalalala..ooh yeah. forgot.my friends went to see the bio marks. i was lazziiiee~hee. and holyhell, i got only 78....eeeee....A2 la...sobs sobs..

thurs: anything happened? anyone can enlighten me? *blurry eyes* @.@

fri: today. basically our class teacher wrapped up all the assessment marks thingy. and today we had bio so we can take a look at our paper. imagine my surprise when i saw a dull 73 written on my bio paper. so i kinda freaked out because i thought it was 73/100 but turns out its 73/86. phew. so i asked mr ganesh how to count the marks. and he said divide it over 86 and multiply 80 and plus some miscellaneous marks. then i was like, whoa, i got 87!!! then i was like, huh, not 78? so then mr ganesh explained that he MIGHT have counted wrongly. ok that is a HUGE difference. 78 and 87. u do the math.

conclusion: i dethroned kah yerng from no. 1. by 2 marks. obviously im happy bout it. muahahahas.*jokin*but y'know, not gloating or something. i do love competition. im a very COMPETITIVE person. i believe by competing with others in a healthy way, u can constantly improve yourself.so i look forward to a comeback from her. =D

Definition of a LALA

grrr..i'm so pissed now i would have to write this post...thanks mr yu once again for badmouthing me all over blogosphere...i appreciate it alot..[sarcastic]

exactly what, people, is the true, exact, right on the spot definition of Lala?

or as some people prefer to call 'seafood"which may sound nicer, but its all that derogatory too~

My definition of Lala:

Someone who dresses like a gangster, a bad girl, a druggie, a junkie, with black, red, purple, white the core colours. but that does not mean anybody who likes those colours are lala. its the mixture of these colours in stripes, or any other pattern that makes u think instantly, eewww bad girls and bad boys. those most likely to hangout in the back alley and take drugs or those most likely to be caught making out on tape.

Lalas also often spot outrageous hairstyle, such as over-spiky hair or over-long hair which covers half the face(for guys, yikes, i'm so terrified of all those people ! they scare the shit out of me!) with bright colours such as blue, green, purple...gold..

But, the most obvious part of a lala is their sickening attitude. the pure bad girl and bad boy image. worst still, they are not making any effort to hide their flaws..they are making it stand out. they look at u as though ur a really ugly human being and how they look much much more better than u even they dont . those lalas are most likely to go all goth and apply thick make-up, stressing on the eye with thick layers of mascara and eyeliner..some even have the nerve to give u a sweeping look, then..*whisper whisper* ...

lalas are also mostly chinese-speakers. i've never heard a lala speak in perfectly grammatical english in my life.

so what are your definitions of a lala? comments are welcome as i would like to know what exactly defines a lala.

today i was listening to hitz.fm on the way to school as usual..and the deejays JJ and Rudy were conducting a relationship test to test whether your partner is faithful. They pretended calling the bf/gf and said that they had won a bouquet of roses but 1st, they have to answer a question. and the question was: Who do u want to give these roses to?

One guy even said that he wanted to give it to another girl!! And he didn't even know his gf was listening to every single he word he had uttered. and then his gf sort of ambushed him with a war of words which some were censored. *bleep* well, poor thing. the guy even lied that that girl is his cousin! and his gf retorted by saying, hey i've dated u for like, 3 years and i've even met your family and there's no such cousin with the name of XXX! the guy said sorry but the gf hung up on him.

In my opinion, people who commit infidelity on their partners are pathetic. if you can't stay faithful to one person. then don't court that person. if you incapable of monogamy don't break hearts. Don't get involved in a relationship until you're capable of being loyal to ONE partner. and those who actually committed infidelity should own up to their mistakes, not hide them with some bullshit story.

it is understandable that some men give in to seduction by a sexually-attractive female, or girls are lured into dating other men who have six packs and all that jazz because their own partner is not that attractive. This is called lust, and not true love. it's like a drug, giving u a temporary high and satisfaction, but nothing can replace the value of true love. true love means giving and sharing with each other, voluntarily going through those ups and downs together, giving each other moral support , not minding each other's flaws and still loving each other even though one's partner may not look as pretty/handsome as their younger days.

The problem for some people is that they have a HUGE ego. egotistical stinkers who think that they can get any girl/guy they want. this makes them incapable of committing fully to one partner only. they love the satisfaction of getting the attention of another girl/guy besides their own partner. they brag to their friends about their latest "catch".

those people really gets on my nerves.

hello u fellas, u must live in a cooped up world if u dont know the world is evolving right now. Females are not just shy, demure, and quiet humans whose only job is to serve hot steaming chicken broth on the table every day for the family. Females have shown that they can match males , and males are not the dominant group. So, if u haven't been noticing lately, more and more females are watching football okay? just look at the stadiums and chances are u can see quite a number of females there..of course not all are footie fans..some are still in the dark bout how we can endure 90 mins of ogling at the ball...

Obsession and hesitation..

oh no, don't tell me i've plunged into obsessed mode! i just cant stop playing highstreet5! if not for my parents, i would've played the whole day! Hell yeah, i'm obsessed with High Street 5. and MySpace. currently, friendster bores me to death.

TRIO IN A SHOPPING MALL

Movie Synopsis:

Three besties, Audrey, Steph, and Rose went to JuscoCheras Selatan after extra class to buy presents for BearBear and Yvonne. First, they went to GreenBox to book a room for sing KTV but was unfortunately denied by the receptionist. Reasons? 1. No more rooms left. FULL HOUSE. 2. because they were wearing school uniforms.(the trio was mistaken for irresponsible students playing truant!) Sadly, the receptionist failed to realise that that particular week is SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. the trio were fuming about her ignorance. ><

The trio's spirits were not going to be dampened by some ignorant receptionist so they headed to McDonalds for lunchie. Rose has a MCDONALD KID's CLUB CARD so she gets a free sundae with every purchase of RM 5. Audrey opted not to use the card as she has been eyeing the Choco Top Sundae ever since she first tasted it. YUm. Steph borrowed Rose's card and got herself a small sundae too. Audrey ate McChicken (Regular), Steph chose Nuggets (regular) but Rose begged to differ. She ordered Fillet-o-fish (LARGE)just like her you know what la.During munchy time, the trio were busy jabbing at their phones to reply the SMS-es that had accumulated over time(especially Audrey's because she ignored most of it for 1 hour! LOL) while eating. Steph and Rose dipped their French potatoes in their sundae. Audrey just dipped hers in tomato sauce. Then Audrey made some *bleeps* private joke bout Rose's *bleeps*. So the trio were laughing very hard and Rose proclaimed she has a lot of laughing gas! Audrey came out with a theory which stated that :
Whatever u eat, your *bleeps* will take the shape of the food u eat.

Therefore, Steph and Rose were highly amused of Audrey's newfound theory and laughed and laughed especially Rose who Audrey thinks had the whole McD hearing her laughter. Audrey thinks that because Rose has big lungs and therefore has a lot of air for her to laugh.

The trio ate lunch for 1 hour and 15 minutes before heading to buy the homies's present. the trio searched high and low for the purr-fect present for their homies. they went to living cabin, teddy tales, memory lane.etc and one more kedai which name has been forgotten by the producer.

After purchasing the presents and feeling rather smug of themselves, the trio went to FOS and saw some really cute spaghetti strap tops! which comes in pink and blue. the girls love it and grabbed a few garments before suffocating each other by changing in the same room.

Next, the trio went to Jusco. Rose wanted to try on some swimwear. Audrey and Steph suggested that Rose try the bikini as her you know what is very you know what. Rose declined but she picked four swimsuits to try out in the changing room .So did Audrey. who couldn't resist the sight of pink .Steph was content to be the spectator this time, not that there was any show going on!

After that, the last stop was Seed. Audrey picked two really cute dresses. one flowery one denim. Both looked nice. Rose tried on the grey blouse which emphasises her asset. *eherms* and Steph tried on a white dress,which looks sweet on her.

Audrey's phone started to ring and her father is calling her from in front of jusco to get into the car. Audrey hurries back while Steph and Rose waits for Steph's mum to fetch them. Audrey bids Steph and Rose adios. The trio had a good time today. Actually it was supposed to be a quadruplet. Min Yee, you spoilsport. Dont REGRET.muahahas

4 people is not a crowd

as they say, 2 people is company, 3 is a crowd. however, today, 4 is definitely not a crowd. why? because today's extra class attendance for SENIOR 5 JOY is 4. ME + Yvonne + PoiYen+ JaJa(JAren)=4

basically i was shocked when i reached school and saw yvonne and poi yen only in our class. so i assumed that some of them reached late or something, but turns out only Jaren was late! she came at abt 840 i think. i was like, really ke? serious ke? kah yerng and kar lin also never come! the 2nd and 3rd on the hardworking list wor! (of cos poi yen is the 1st lah duh) .

well i guess everybody has their rebellious side. ponteng extra class. ><

today i brought my hp to school, so did jaja and von. then when the teacher is not yet here, i took out my phone and on the music! oh yeah poi yen was kinda impressed by my playlist. muahahas. my taste in music is good. *perasans*

now i know what type of music poi yen likes. she likes almost the same genre like me! which is rock and sort of pop rock, i think.she doesnt really fancy rap, but i suspect its because my phone doesn't even have many rap songs in it! it contains mostly maroon 5, daughtry, linkinpark, MCR, all american rejects, boys like girls,rihanna, teddy geiger, gwen stefani...daniel powter, nickelback,green day[all the rock groups except rihanna and gwen S]

last week, me and my buddy-o steph made a list of predictions of part time jobs after spm for my classmates [too much leisure time xP]

Predictions: Part-time jobs after SPM

1. Audrey [that's me!]

Prediction: being me, all that comes into my mind are clothes! yep u name it, i'll do it! any clothes store except for er....maternity clothes, aunty clothes, traditional clothes..and baby clothes..sorry but i dont expertise in babywear. pfft.

Pros: u get an employee's discount ! for example, in padini, u get 30% off!
Cons: u have to put up with irritating, demanding customers and stand whole day long in heels so that your feet gets blisters.

2. Stephanie [my partner-in-crime]

Predictions: probably a candy store or chocolate shop .why? she just seems like the right person, with the right "height", right "built", right "voice"..(imagine mousey voice) to handle those whiny kids! well.. on second thought, not all sweet shop customers are kids, are they?

Pros: u can even nick some sweets when no one's noticing! yum!
Cons: erm. business will be slow. dont fall asleep!

3. Min Yee

Predictions: Food and tea waitress . or wong kok char chan teng. either one. She agrees with our idea too! imagine sweet min yee with her nice smile serving u iced-blended, well, what i can say is..the customers will love her smile! maybe she uses colgate? =P

Pros: well, not sure what the advantages are. maybe to meet some leng zais? [that's her objective]
Cons: hello, ur a waitress. which means u have to serve people. which includes one-of-a-kind customers. u know what i mean.

4. Kha Hoi

Predictions: No idea why but it just looks fitting for her to work in Popular Bookstore! not MPH or kinokuniya but only Popular. she won't be pleased though, popular uniforms come in red! [psst..she likes green]

Pros: erm. well. gain more knowledge??
Cons: er....lets see. none that i can think of.

5. Michelle[Jek Yuen]

Predictions: Oh pls dont shoot me! i know my prediction skills are terrible...but this is just the right job for u. oh my what a sadist am I. well, the job that suits her perfectly is the one in the jusco supermarket handling out samples to the patrons!

Pros: er. u can sample one yourself too! or maybe nick the whole box!
Cons: u have to be persuasive, which means u need to have good oratory skills, which ..errrr....

6. Yvonne

Predictions: GSC ticketer [the one at the ticket booth] or Manga Shop manager. [alternative: comic shop]. yvonne just has a craving for manga! no better place like heaven in a manga shop for this manga fan! but..on second thought, GSC ticketer would also look good on her resume. xD

Pros: err...the ticketer..well..u dont have to move around, u have a chair to sit on...for the manga shop, u have loads of manga to browse through!

Cons: for the ticketer, boring job. not much talking. not much moving around. tight space for working. for the manga shop, maybe reading too much manga may put u out of job(if the manager catches u readin)

7. Rose

Predictions: well for rose, it would be best if she works at Girls, or Miss T or miss whatever. dunno why. just that she's so girlish, she fits the atmosphere there.

Pros: wow.imagine! surrounded by pink! and girlish stuff!
Cons: well, u have to stand. and look GOOD standing.

8. Kar Lin

Predictions: World of cartoons for two main reasons, 1st, she coo over babies and 2nd, she loves pooh!

Pros: there are plenty of cute babies and kids to coo over for her.
Cons: u just spotted this really cute dress with ribbons but there are no adult sizes here. bummers and more bummers.

9. kah Yerng

Predictions: Eu Yan Sang . why? i don't know, must be because she smell of ginseng! mwahahas. jokin. her family owns a "york choi pou" , which sells those traditional chinese medicine, this would be the perfect internship for her. [if she ever thinks of inheriting the family business]

pros: u know almost every single thing in the shop.
Cons: lets just say that ginseng doesn't smell that good. and so do the other herbs.

post-election day*

well, if you are some alien from outer space reading my blog (ok jus a bad joke), let me tell u that yesterday, yes-sir, yesterday, 8 of march 2008 was the 12th Malaysia Decides (aka election). my father was especially enthusisatic about it~ me, being the odd observer and listener when my father begins one of his long DAP will win it speech....

went to jusco cheras selatan yesterday evening for dinner and guess who i bumped into? none other than the "mr im no prima donna" MR YU. well, he was wearing some kinda casual clothes. and when he saw me, basically just gave me one of his trademark smirks.

well, after dinner,rushed back home as election fever has reached boiling point with my dad. when we reached home, he went straight to malaysiakini and whooped in joy when he found out that DAP were leading in some hot seats. meanwhile, it was my turn to whoop in joy when i turned on the TV and guess what? man utd lost to porthsmouth! yippee! i AM A SADIST.

well, today can be considered as a bad day for me...it feels like its raining heavily..the dark clouds looming ....no light at the end of the tunnel..what am i blabbing? sheesh

today our class attendance was poor. only 11 people came including those taking prinsip akaun..so that leaves me, steph, rose, kha hoi, michelle and yvonne and oh ya poi yen and the only boy that came, (congrats) yi fei in the class. so when miss fam came in to the class, we pleaded with her to bring us to the computer lab so that we can play the worldmathday thingy. since today is the deadline, we played alot of rounds and managed to chalk up a score of more than 1000 which qualifies us for the gold medal or something?

so the period before lunch was spent at the computer lab..after lunch the bad mood starts to kick in.....so it can be counted as half-a-bad-day...

well..not gonna reveal much....but...injustice was clearly shown...and left someone in tears (not me, i swear). and that was enough to leave all of us in a bad mood.

and guess what? my bad mood continued to bug me ...that was after my mum didn't allow me to go out to pavillion tomorrow with my buddies...well,her excuse was indeed lame.

Election is coming. We students are let off for a day (tomorrow).

My buddies analysis of election:

yay! everybody go and cast their votes. which means the mall won't be crowded. and no traffic jams. purr-fect time to go to the mall.

My MUM's analysis of election:

no way! election more cannot go out ah!after got riots how? u know or not ah..last time..the may 13 riot ar...is straight after election leh..u didn't learn in sejarah meh...u know..alot people die u know...(when i pointed out the fact that i'm gonna be indoors, she said:) last time ar..people go and watch movie in the cinema u know, then the soldiers come and shoot those people u know..

as a daughter , im expected to be filial to my parents. so i just nod my head while i sulk and the anger is playing in my head...

post-chemistry trauma >.<

lols..that refers to our feelings when we've just finished our chemistry exam..mr yu, u should be laughing your evil or sadistic laugh now because the paper u set really damaged alot of our brain cells(as kar lin says) and now our brain cells has to be repaired by mitosis. (LOL)
no, the paper wasn't very HARD but it requires alot of thinking...gosh....can feel the strain of my brain cells thinking..muahahas
especially the confirmatory test for the anions...i keep mixing up the Chloride and sulphate ions test but luckily , during the exam i was able to write everything down....
before the exam, i was kinda nervous. this was the first time i felt nervous before a chem exam~gosh..i think because this time we'll be tested on salts which is hell of a tough chapter..

i kept feeling the adrenaline pumping in my blood(or epinephrine-according to bio book)..and i kept pacing up and down, memorising those facts like sembahyang like that..swt...everybody was memorising too~except for eherms a few ppl...

after the exam there was a rush for chem books because everyone wanted to check the answers..well not really everyone...some ppl just asked their friends (example 1: me) : what u put for question what what ah? then when i tell them my answer i get two responses, either a HAR???? oh shit! or *bleep* or YES!!! *punches the air in triumph* how sure are u my answer is correct? i'm only human! >.<

luckily, most of the answers i wrote were correct. pheww...if not kena THE FISH marah~ so..hope that my chem marks will be good..today i received my add maths paper..not bad for my standards..im not exactly the cleverest people in add maths..kinda "ci dun" (retarded) in add maths.,.i got 74 out of 80~yay!

so far, the exam results reads like this:

lately, a trend has been set in our joyful class, senior 5 joy. what trend? the hiding-people's-stuff trend~ LOL. thanks to the trend starter, Kha Hoi, the master houdini (or whatever she proclaims herself to be). thanks for giving us the inspiration to hide other people's stuff and even your stuff (just to get back at u-revenge).

so whoever in our class who loses anything will immediately look for Kha Hoi. she is like the Michael Chong of our class( the MCA guy who helps people look for missing people, usually teens). people usually go to his centre to complaint , etc, etc. and all our class students usually march up to kha hoi and demand the return of their missing things. poor khahoi. even if she s not guilty, she cant prove it. but most of the time she's the one hiding people's stuff. serves u right. muahahahs

cant really blog much. thanks to mr yu, again of cos. whom gave us salt for assessment. yerr.hate that chapter. although i love chem, i hate that chap. drives me crazy reading it. alot of info stuffed into my brain.
