blogging is the IN thing now. seriously.

was blog-surfing just now and uncovered(ehem discovered) some blogs which i've not seen previously.

and the bloggers are SURIANS.

so that's why i repeat: blogging is so IN among Surians.

well, what's not to like about blogging?

I can spontaneously list down 5 reasons why blogging is so popular:

1. u have an extra reason to on the computer.
Just when your mum nags u for jamming the computer so frequently, give her another reason to disobey her command. "update blog mah, mummie!" unless, well, you are banned from blogging in your household.

2. improves your language and typing skills
blogging is similar to writing in your diary but at least in blogs, u take the trouble to correct your language errors. no bahasa pasar(unless for 'decorative' purposes). besides, your typing skills will improve simultaneously. type fast and no typo errors. flhflsfj87*(&F(*E&()G{VG DVI)*&@! [oops]

3. pour all your emotions in and less damage to your house.
by blogging, you are launching a silent but somewhat similar attacks of rage on the person u hate, bla bla bla. you don't need to wreck the house in order to dispose of your anger. just jab the keyboard and all your emotions will pour out like flowing water from a tap. ok, maybe the keyboard needs repairing after your sudden moment of anger.

4. you have a personalised webpage
forget about geocities! you have your own online space other than friendster, facebook, my space,etc. this is your territory and you can personalise it the way u want! it can be pink and frilly , or all black and emo, or fashionista chick, or rocking the house rockstar. plus u can post your pics and not have to worry about fakers who steal people's captured moments and claim its theirs. (like on friendster and other socialising websites)

5. ITS FREE!
even a diary costs you about like 5 bucks.! surely choose a blog which is free!
plus, writing in a diary is not what most people do now. no more anne franks in this 20th century. (was that her name?)
